What are your five biggest recent influences?
Teren has been listening to a lot of Morrissey, I (Jayden) have been listening to The Bravery and Bloc Party a lot, Tyson digs the tunes of Pretty Girls Make Graves, Taylor has been listening to Bright Eyes and Pretty Girls Make Graves, Ashley fancies Eisley, and Mike is currently listening to Timothy Kasher. That is a lot more than five, but I
don?t feel like narrowing it down.
When are you going to record?
We are planning to record like? never. Hehe, just kidding, we are planning to have some recordings out by the end of the summer.
Do you have any plans for a vocalist?
We do have plans of getting a vocalist. It might be Mike, or Ashley, but if anyone would like to volunteer please contact us on our Myspace or on one of our emails.
What are the most influential films you've seen?
The most influential films we have seen are I am Sam, Finding Nemo (where we found our name), Finding Neverland, Star Wars, Momento, The Batman Series, Edward Scissorhands, A Space Odyssey, Psycho, 80s comedies, and Hook. There are many more, but we can?t think right now. Ashley and I love movies more than music itself so there are plenty more we can name.
Given three years in a studio, what would your band come out with?
Not music that?s fo? sho. No no, like an album, haha no again. Let?s try, something we would hope to be a tad bit influential and new to the music scene.
What are your five biggest historical influences?
Since I write most of our music, and I have the most knowledge on history (I am planning on being a historian) I will name my biggest historical influences. The people who have inspired me are Abraham Lincoln, the Spartans, the Greeks, the Romans, the Trojans, many more, but I am spaced out just like on the movie question. I am really the only one that is highly influenced by history.
Our five biggest historical musical influences (note, they are not composers. They are musicians that have been around for 15 years or more) are The Smiths, The Beatles, Wynton Marsalis, most new wave bands, and classic blues bands.
